Terms of Service for ProtoSMP

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, joining, or participating in the ProtoSMP server and its associated web properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Community Rules, and all applicable local and international laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Mojang EULA Compliance ProtoSMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft. We operate in strict accordance with the Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines.

• All features provided through our platform are available to all players regardless of purchase status.

• Payments made via our Patreon or any other donation platform are considered voluntary contributions to support server hosting and maintenance.

• We do not sell "Pay-to-Win" advantages, nor do we charge for access to the server or specific gameplay mechanics.

• All digital items provided to contributors are purely cosmetic or non-gameplay affecting.

3. Account Termination & Moderation The ProtoSMP administration reserves the right to terminate your access to the server, Discord community, or website at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Community Rules.

• Data Collection: Your IP address, Minecraft UUID, and any data input (chat logs, forum posts, or account information) are recorded to assist in moderation, security, and administrative duties.

• Content Removal: We reserve the right to delete any content posted by you that we deem offensive, illegal, or disruptive to the community experience.

4. Modification of Terms The administration reserves the right to modify these terms and community rules at any time without prior warning. While we will endeavor to inform our community of major changes, it remains your sole responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure your continued compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProtoSMP and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. We provide this service "as is" and do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or the preservation of in-game builds.

6. User Conduct By participating, you agree to treat all members of the community with respect. Harassment, the use of prohibited third-party modifications (hacks/cheats), griefing (unless permitted by local server area rules), and the distribution of malicious content are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the server.
